We have 18 luxury suites that have a theme to each room and a cot is provided (if able) for them.
Some rooms have full windows and others have half windows for pets that are more reactive.
We do not advise boarding our feline friends in our suites due to the noise and stress it may cause. We have a quiet cat room upstairs away from the noise for them to stay in.
If your pet does any damage to the suite/kennel during their stay, it is your responsibility to pay for the damage.
If your pet damages a luxury room during their stay it will be recommended to stay in kennel space next stay.
