All animals must be registered in our system with proof of required vaccines 1 week prior to their stay.

Vaccines required include:

  • Dogs: Bordetella, Rabies, and DA2P -Parvo
  • Cats: Rabies and FVRCP
  • Kittens & Puppies will need age-appropriate vaccines

If you are a new client, an evaluation of your pet is required, and current records must be provided prior to evaluation.

If your pet is not current during the week of drop off or we have not received vaccination records, we will send you a courtesy reminder prior to your stay, if not received within 48 hours from reminder, your reservation will be cancelled.

If your pet(s) will be past due for any of the required vaccines during their stay, you must get them updated before the stay.

Vaccines are the owner’s responsibility to provide, but we are happy to assist if needed.

It is encouraged to have a set drop off and pick up time for your pet(s)

Our boarding facility is in the lower level of the clinic. Your pet(s) will need to be able to go up and down them daily. Some exceptions may apply (medical disability (blind) or pet is under 30lbs and tolerates being carried).

If you are bringing more than 2 pets, you must provide adequate support during the transition from your vehicle to inside the building (1 human per 2 pets.) We are more than happy to assist with any inventory you might have outside.

We highly recommend your pet be on flea and parasite prevention. It MUST be documented if they have fleas upon upcoming stay. If we find fleas during their stay, you will be notified of treatment plan and cost.

We do not board animals that are ill, in recovery, or diabetic pet(s) that are not clients of our clinic.
